ROVA Group combines manufacturing facilities, technical expertise, and commercial services in the fields of roofing and façade systems, steel building solutions, and ventilation. We provide professionals with solutions that are reliable, delivered on time, and built without compromise.
I.
2000
Foundation of Plechprofil. Marián Kapusta establishes a company specializing in the production of metal roofing systems. The first production line is Profil.
II.
2004
Launch of the ROVA brand and expansion. ROVA CZ and ROVA RO are established. An investment program is launched, and new production lines are installed across the company.
III.
2007
ROVA Among the Top Three Brands. ROVA becomes one of the three strongest roofing brands on the market. At the same time, the ROVA name becomes synonymous with metal roofing. ROVA is the market leader.
IV.
2008
Acquisition by the Lindab Group. Lindab International acquires SIPOG, the group that includes ROVA.
V.
2016
17 Years as Part of the Lindab Group. The Slovak company operates under the Lindab Group and expands its business into new market segments.
VI.
2024
Strategic Decision. Lindab Group decides to focus exclusively on ventilation. Its Profile operations across Central and Eastern Europe are put up for sale.
VII.
2025
ROVA Is Back! The Slovak company returns to its original Slovak owners and begins preparations for acquisitions in the Czech, Romanian, and Hungarian markets.
