13 Feb ROVA Acquires Hungarian Company Lindab Profile
ROVA Group, a manufacturer and supplier of metal roofing systems, hall cladding, and ventilation solutions, has signed an agreement to acquire the Lindab Profile operations in Hungary.
The facility in Biatorbágy near Budapest includes production capacities, warehouse space, and a sales organization. It specializes primarily in the production of thin-walled profiles, trapezoidal sheets, metal roofing, gutter systems, and sheet metal components. Currently, approximately 60 employees work at this site.
“The acquisition strengthens our regional manufacturing capacity and expands our product portfolio. We look forward to taking over and further developing our business in the Hungarian market. At the same time, we are pleased to continue our operations in Hungary as a strategic partner of the Lindab group”, said Slavomír Janík, CEO of ROVA-SK.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Until then, the facility will continue operating normally under the Lindab brand. We will keep you regularly informed of any important updates regarding this matter.
