We are pleased to announce that on April 1, 2025, Lindab AB sold its operations in Slovakia to a new group of investors, and will continue to operate on the market under the ROVA brand.

ROVA will continue to manufacture all current products and solutions with the same scope, quality, and warranties as before, while also acting as a strategic partner of Swedish Lindab in the Czech and Slovak markets.

This change also marks a return to the strong and proven ROVA brand, which will continue to deliver the quality and reliability our customers are accustomed to.
